Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. We don’t share the information with anyone.

 

With regard to your services in the salon, we keep your personal information passworded and limit it to our employees who need if for scheduling your appointments and providing your service. In the event of a stylist departure, we protect all information and only provide you with information you request.

 

 

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

 

Refund Policy

We allow returns of any Aveda products purchased at any of our 3 Zona salons under the Zona name.

 

 

Shipping / Delivery Policy

We're a small collection of family owned salons, so thank you!

Our shipping delivery capabilities are limited, but here's how we help.

 

Gift Certificates / Gift Cards:

  • You can purchase and download an online gift certificate from zonaprofessional.com
  • You can purchase a gift card by phone at any of our locations.  Our service team is happy to look up a service history and to help you choose the right amount.  We'll hold it for pick up, mail it to you, or hold it as a surprise at the desk.  Call us and we're happy to help.
  • You can stop in any of our stores and we'll get it done right on the spot

 

Aveda

  • We don't sell Aveda products online ourselves, but we provide a link to the Aveda.com site.  If you want to buy from Aveda directly, they'll ship it to you. If you go that route, please let them know we sent you so that we get appropriate credit.  Of course, our preference is that you'll stop in one of our stores and allow us to give you personalized guidance.

 

 

Service Cancellation Policy

We consider our clients among our most important relationships and do our best to be respectful of your time. We also try to be understanding and accommodating when events interfere with scheduled appointments. However, we do reserve the right to require pre-payment in cases of excessive last-minute cancellations and no-shows. In some cases, promotional values will be forfeited in the event of a last minute cancellation or no show. We reserve the right to use our best judgement in those cases. In the end, we want to do what’s fair to both sides of the relationship.
