Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard, and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
We allow returns of any Aveda products purchased at any of our three Zona salons under the Zona name.
As a small collection of family-owned salons, our shipping and delivery capabilities are limited, but here's how we help:
Gift Certificates / Gift Cards:
We consider our clients among our most important relationships and do our best to be respectful of your time. We also try to be understanding and accommodating when events interfere with scheduled appointments. However, we do reserve the right to require pre-payment in cases of excessive last-minute cancellations and no-shows. In some cases, promotional values will be forfeited in the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show. We reserve the right to use our best judgement in those cases. In the end, we want to do what’s fair for both sides of the relationship.
