Is one of the benefits (and responsibilities) of owning a business. To us, community is anything from local to global. Our community mindset plays a part in every decision we make, from choosing Aveda as our product line to the way we handle the waste of our salons. It's why it gets it's own dot.

How we contribute to the community at all levels
  • We provided Habitat for Humanity homeowners with with Aveda products for the bathrooms and Zona services for the family.
  • We worked with the University of Massachusetts on a study to reduce the impact of salon wastewater
  • We contributed to the City of Hope Cancer Research Center
  • We sold 400 native seedlings at our salons to raise money for North & South River Watershed Association
  • We sold various Aveda products to donate to Earth Month
  • We participate in Locks for Love
  • We host art shows to support local artists
