We are excited to announce we will be officially opening our salons to service clients by appointment-only on Monday, June 1st!
Although we are able to formally reopen our salons on Monday, May 25th, we have made the decision to use that week for the purpose of training our team and acclimating them to the newly outlined COVID-19 safety, sanitization, social distancing and operational guidelines for salons.
While we are incredibly eager to see you all, we have many new requirements for our stylists to follow in order for them to service you. Some of these include: wearing gloves, masks, protective eyewear and smocks while also maintaining social distance from their colleagues and guests whom they are not directly servicing.
Therefore, much like the Commonwealth, Zona will be reopening in a phased approach to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort as we operate in our “new normal.” Our team is hard at work to schedule appointments for those who have requested them thus far and for those who had to miss appointments due to our closure. If you have already requested to be on the list, please understand that there is nothing else you need to do at this time. We certainly understand everyone can’t wait to get back in to the salons, but we kindly request your patience as we work through our call back list.
